Where the Ethinos Media Planning Platform connects to Meta advertising services, including the Meta Marketing API, information is accessed only through authorised Meta accounts and according to permissions granted through Meta's authentication and access-control mechanisms.

Data obtained through Meta APIs will be used only to provide authorised advertising planning, analysis, forecasting, campaign management, optimisation or reporting functionality and will be handled in accordance with applicable Meta terms, developer policies and data-use requirements.
Ethinos does not sell data obtained through Meta APIs or use such data for purposes unrelated to the authorised services being provided.
Only authorised users may connect advertising accounts to Ethinos applications.
Users should only connect Google Ads, DV360, Meta or other advertising accounts that they have appropriate authority to access.
Ethinos uses authentication, authorisation and role-based access controls designed to prevent users from accessing advertising accounts or client information they are not authorised to view.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate authority and permissions to connect advertising accounts and make information available to Ethinos applications.
Users may revoke access granted to Ethinos applications through the applicable Google, Meta or other platform account settings.
Where supported by the relevant platform, disconnecting an account or revoking authorisation prevents the Ethinos application from retrieving additional data through that authorisation.

Following a valid deletion request, applicable data will be deleted from our systems unless continued retention is required by applicable law, contractual obligation or another legitimate legal requirement.
The advertising platforms, APIs and functionality supported by the Ethinos Media Planning Platform may change over time.

When contacting us regarding a client account, connected advertising platform or Ethinos application, please provide sufficient information for us to identify the relevant account or service.
